Course Pathways

Course pathways focus on subject-area progression and are designed to show how courses build within a specific content area, helping students reach the highest levels of coursework offered in that subject. These pathways support students who want to deepen their knowledge or prepare for advanced study, but they do not require students to take every listed course. Additional courses within the same subject area may be taken as electives, based on student interest and goals. Course pathways serve as a flexible roadmap for growth and exploration, allowing students to customize their schedules while gaining the most from the content areas they are most interested in.

All students must still complete required graduation courses, and course rigor (Advanced Placement, dual credit, or on-level) is determined by student readiness and preference, not by pathway selection. Students may also take elective courses outside of their chosen pathway.
